Do you offer free shipping?

In most cases we offer FREE shipping if your order is $75 or more (US and Canada) and $250 or more (outside US and Canada). For more information please see our Shipping Rates page.

When will my order ship?

You can find all of our shipping rates, delivery timing and pricing on our Shipping Rates page. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when choosing your shipping method. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.

What do you charge for Ground Shipping?

Orders over $75 ship free within the US and Canada! You can learn more on our Shipping Rates page.

Do you offer Expedited Shipping?

Yes! We offer Expedited Shipping options to ensure you receive your order when you need it. All expedited orders confirmed before 11:00 a.m. PST (2:00 p.m. EST) will be processed the same day pending credit card verification. Please note the day your order is packed and shipped is not counted as a day in transit.

    Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?

    Yes! We love our military and make it a priority to offer shipping to APO/FPO and PO Boxes. Delivery time to APO/FPO and PO Boxes varies and is generally longer than our standard business day Ground Shipping. Your can learn more on our Shipping Rates page under, "US PO Box, UST, APO/FPO". 

    How can I track my order?

    Once your order has shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number. Tracking will be available the day after your order is shipped out. You can view the progress by tracking your package at usps.com.

    How do I change my shipping address once my order is placed?

    If you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please call our Customer Loyalty Team ASAP at 1-323-999-4977 so that we can correct your address. Once your package has shipped there may be additional fees, but we will get your authorization first before charging your card.
